Testimonials

A Safe Space to Be Heard

Everyone's journey is different. Here are some experiences shared by clients who chose to take the first step.

I've had six sessions with Kanzah so far, and I can genuinely say she has helped me so much. She creates a safe and comfortable space where I feel truly listened to and understood. I really appreciate how she combines CBT techniques with a person-centred approach, making each session feel both practical and compassionate. Her thoughtful integration of faith and religious guidance has been incredibly meaningful for me.

Adeel helped me navigate through many spiritual and mental struggles. I felt comfortable throughout, and importantly, my concerns were discussed within an Islamic paradigm. The sessions focused on corrective thought patterns, being hopeful, and taking practical steps forward.

It’s difficult for me to open up because I often assume people won’t understand. But with Sis Kanzah, I never felt judged or looked down upon. She listened carefully and made me feel safe. By the end of the session, I felt filled with hope. For me, that was a huge thing.

I didn’t realise how much I needed to be heard until therapy with Kanzah Api made me feel appreciated, understood, and at peace again. Even after just one session, I felt seen, appreciated, and genuinely happy for the first time in a long time.
